I can see PXIe modules on NI Max but not Chassis

Hello,

I have a PXIe 1083 and five PXI 2567 modules.  I am trying to communicate with the instruments though a Thunderbolt 3 connection.

After place the Thunderbolt 3 PCIe card in my computer and disabling its security setting in the UEFI, I was able to see the chassis in the Thunderbolt Control Center as shown below.

I then went into NI-MAX.  I could see all of the PXI 2567 modules, but not the chassis.  Also, each module has a hardware failure error -50152.

What do I need to do or try to correct the hardware failures and be able to see the chassis?  Or is there an error with the chassis and this is what is causing the error with the modules?  I have already reset the configuration data in NI MAX and restarted the computer.

Update:  If I remove all of the modules, I can then see the chassis on the NI MAX.  After inserting a module, I can no longer see the chassis on NI MAX and there is the hardware error.  All of the LED lights of the module and the Link LED on the chassis are on.
