I get the wrong time using settimedate on RT7.1 PXI-8145

After setting the time with settimedate.vi from NI, the time either lags 7 or 8 hours on the RT device if read directly from the get date/time in seconds primative. If the get date/time string.vi with no input is used, the value is correct.
