I have encountered the new error "Fatal internal error fpinit.cpp line 4242"

Hi,

Did you report this to National Instruments already? If not, I would like to make a report of your crash and the log associated to R&D so that they can investigate the crash. Can you please attach your log file. If you have any additional information, especially information that would help us to reproduce the error, that would be very helpful. If you see this error again, please feel free to choose Investigate Now or Investigate Later, which will send us a log file documenting where the error occurred.

I don't send any reports to NI.  What is R&D ??    Where can I send log file about the error ??      It seems to me the error have been occured from using russian (cyrillic) in the comments in my vi. But namely when I click right button mouse for properties russian text...

Thanks for the update.

R&D stands for "research and development".

You can attach the logfile to this forum and I create a report to give to R&D so this error can be investigated. OR If you are able to reproduce the crash, then you can select "investigate now" and a report will automatically be sent into National Instruments.
