I double checked the installation of the gpib adapter and still have the problem (see attached file). I removed the complete software and reinstalled it, but it doesn’t work. I read the entries on the ni-webpage but I found no solution for this problem. I tried to install the software on a second computer with the same result. I called Datatec because the sold the keysight device to us, but no one could help me. My boss is not happy with the situation, so please give me your help to find a solution.
In the forum of ni I found that the adapter is only working with software version 17.0, but this is not available. I am waiting for an answer since two weeks and no one is able to send me an answer. Maybe someone in this forum can help me.

I don't read German, but I believe that the error message you're seeing states that this is not an authentic NI GPIB-USB-HS adapter. The is also supported by the serial number reflecting a PXI chassis, not GPIB-USB-HS. At this point, I would recommend trying to return the device to the vendor it was purchased from. NI put in the check into the driver to protect data integrity. Because someone is copying our hardware, we cannot promise the device meets our specifications.
