NI MAX is detecting non-existing devices

Hi! We are trying to load image from a previous system into a new one. The NI MAX is detecting 3 different NI PXI-6281 cards, while there is only one inserted in the chassis. 

One of the showing devices is able to pass the self-test; another one is failing the self-test; and the third one doesn't show an option to run self-test or rename its alias. 

The one that is failing is giving the following error - Status Code: -50150
The software has entered an unknown state - usually as a result of a cascade failure induced by an unexpected series of state inputs. The operation could not be completed as specified and you should immediately terminate all further transactions if you are able to do so.

Can someone relate to this problem or knows whats happening here? Thanks in advance!!

I would recommend resetting the NI MAX

Tried, but it didn't work. NI MAX is still the same,

Update: Looks like Chassis 1088 is not compatible with ni max version earlier than 18. Upgraded to 18.5 from 17.5 and everything got fixed!
