Recently noticed that its analog outputs (AO0 and AO1) are not behaving properly.
From my observation using NI MAX,
if asking AO0 to generate 1V DC, the AI channel measures a value between -8.7V to -8.8V.
If AO0 is set to 10V DC, AI channel measures a value between 0.8-0.9V.
If AO0 is set to -5V DC, AI channel measures a value between -10.7 and -10.8V.
If AO1 is set to 0V DC, AI channel measures a value between 0.0 and -0.1V.
If AO1 is set to 5V DC, Al channel measures a value between 1.8 and 1.9V.
If AO1 is set to 10V DC, Al channel measures a value between 3.8 and 3.9V.
If AO1 is set to -5V DC, Al channel measures a value between -2.5 and -2.6V.
If AO1 is set to -10V DC, Al channel measures a value between -6.3 and -6.4V.
When I attempted a self-calibration, it displayed Status code: -200719.
Could you provide a solution for this if possible? Based on my quick research, it seems like this is not something that can be fixed via software.
Of course we bought this system approx. 6 years ago so I don't think we have any remaining warranties or service contract. It would be also great to know how much it will cost to repair this issue.
