PCI Out of Resources Condition

I have an NI rackmount PC connected via MXI to a PXIe-1065 chassis and the PC I get the following BIOS error:

ERROR: Insufficient PCI Resources Detected!!!

I have to curser over and exit the BIOS without saving to continue the bootup. I don't know if the limited PCI resources will cause an issue with testing, but I can't boot up without intervention.
