PCIe-8183 users, what Micro ATX or Mini ITX motherboard/PC works to get full [0,255] PCI bus enumeration???

Do you get a full range of PCI buses [0,255]? I cannot find a Micro or Mini system that will work. My limit is [0,3e] (dec 0-62 buses) using NI's bus enumeration utility: MXIeBusDetect_64bit.exe from the site: Determining the Number and Range of PCI/PCI Express Root Bus Devices
