Hi

I have a NI PXI system composed of a controller 8109 plus a 8231 board (3 Eth port in total, each one configured with a different IP address): is it possible to configure one Eth port with 2 IP address (I need to communicate with 2 different devices with 2 different IP address) without adding a supplementary board  ?

I don't understand what you are doing. If you plug all three into a hub or switch and set the ip addresses to be unique but on the same subnet, you can communicate.

no, is not possible, from MAX to set two different IP address on the same ethernet port.
