PXI 1083 with PXI LCR 4190

Solved!

Hi everyone,

i will be one of the first in our company to work with NI tools and software. We purchased a PXI 1083 chassis with one PCI LCR 4190 module in it.
Now after installing all kinds of drivers and LabView components, the Link LED of the chassis lights up in a solid green. The "Acc" Led of the LCR is also lighting up in a solid green.
However, the chassis' fan started to ramp up and became very loud. I read online, that there are two different fan mode: auto and "HIGH". By default, it should be auto, but no matter how many times i restart, the fan just ramps up to full speed.... Should i be worried? Is that normal?

Note: The ambient temperature was probably 23°C.

Kind regards!

Nothing to worry, let the chassis take care of the fan speed based on internal temperatures.
