Basically I want to do a voltage sweep by PXI-4461. On each step, I update the DC voltage and allow some time (600 ms interval) to do additional operations. The example code "Generate voltage update.vi" does not work since the device does not support on demand sample timing. I'm looking into using a DC waveform to generate DC, but looks a little complicated. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Spiral-
You've run this example and are seeing an error (and if so, what error? -200077?). I run this example (with a simulated device) and do not see this error. During this 600 ms interval, do you want the device to stop outputting or just wait to update the value? This might help clarify your goal.
Thanks,
Sean

Hi Sean,
The error I got is -200758. I've solved the problem by using the waveform, also change the out put property node to remain the output voltage. Thanks!

Good to hear! I was going to suggest that but I wasn't sure if that was the route you wanted to go (you didn't sound that enthused about it), but nonetheless, it sounds like you got it figured out!
Thanks,
Sean

Hello,
I have read this post and I can't find the example that you discussed.
Was it deleted?
I am looking forward to know the example of this.
Thank you,
