PXI-6723 error code: 50400 in MAX

Hi,

I am having trouble with the PXI-6723 card in MAX. It was in a hybrid slot of PXIe-1073 Chassis, which was installed by factory before shipment. I can find the card on device manager and MAX. But when I try to self-test/reset the card, this Error Code-50400 shows up. I tried to reboot the PC and controller, re-install the NI-Daqmx, neither of them work.

Could anyone please give me some help how to fix this problem?
