I have a problem with my PXI 8106 Embedded controller
I Tried all night installing windows on the PXI controller, but it always brings a dead blue window telling me to update the bios to avoid such conflict!, even using several windows sources, it gives the same conflict
i went through this link http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1582/lang/en where i found a usb image for BIOS update, the controller is a PXI 8106,
But after updating the BIOS i cant receive any response when powering up the PXI chassis , as if there is something wrong with the BIOS, the screen is dead as if the VGA card is not working
Please Advice as this PXI is important for seminars and we have one after a couple of days
This is Urgent

Hi Mohammed,
Do the power and/or drive LEDs light up when you turn on the chassis? Also, does the screen show anything during the boot sequence or is it dead the whole time?

Have you tested the monitor with another system to verify that it is not broken? Or you could use a different known-working monitor to test the PXI controller.
Most modern monitors will at least detect that they are connected to a system even if there is no video source. Does your monitor have this functionality and does it at least recognize the presence of the PXI controller?
