PXI Trigger routing module differences

I am using two PXI-1045 18 slot racks each with sepret MXI-4 control cards. When i look under the PXI bridge in the NI MAX software one of the racks displays that it has a NI Trigger Router module and the other rack dose not show it.

I there any didferences in the hardware (e.g. different builds of backplane) that could be producing this differnce and will it pose any problems for me if they are?

How do you have these chassis configured? Do you have two MXI PCI cards in the PC, each connected to a PXI 1045 chassis? Or do you have one MXI PCI card in the PC connected to a PXI 1045, with the second 1045 daisy chained from this?

Also, have you configured the PXI chassis correctly in MAX, so that they are identified correctly? If this is not done then MAX wont display the correct specifications/configuration parameters for the chassis.

Can you clarify your setup and attach some screen shots of your MAX setup so I can take a look.

There may be a difference between your two chassis.  Please make sure that you have the most recent NI Drivers installed.
