Sorry for replying so late.
The issue has not happened anymore. I finished the application I was doing and during the last 2 weeks I've been running it as an RT executable with no problems. I started to think that the problem might be related to being in developing mode in an RT CPU intensive application. But I don't know. I've been working on a different application and the problem has not reproduced.
Exporting and importing the MAX configuration works well. This is a nice workaround.
