PXI not recognize PXI 6515

Hello staff,

I am using a PXI-1031, PXI controller 8106, 2 PXI 8252 and 1 PXI 6515. My problem is that the PXI does not recognize the card PXI 6515.
I have reinstalled the software on PXI but still not recognized.
Now I am trying to format the PXI to all premises again, but I can not do the formatting.
Who knows how should I proceed to do the formatting, or if the format should I do to solve my problem?

Still unable to format the PXI and the problem still exists.
Perhaps there was no possibility of the PXI format, and the problem may be another.

After I make the formatting the PXI recognized everything.
