wat could be the problem when an error code 62 occur when trying to install from an host pc to a pxi

From the explain error function in labVIEW:

Error 62 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: Serial port overrun error.
=========================
LabVIEW: The system caused the network connection to be aborted.

Can you give a bit more information on what you are doing:
Install what from a host PC to PXI?
Are you using MXI or is it an RT PXI controller? if so what controller, what devices are you usinging in it?
What software are you using?
What exactly are you doing when this error occurs?

I have seen a similar issue in the past ==> but using a crossover ethernet cable to directly connect my PC to my RT controller solved the problem.  You will most likely have to change your TCP/IP settings on your PC temporairly but it should help.
