PXI system does not recognize 2503

I sent the system in to National Instruments to have it fixed, but came back with same problem. I contacted Tech support, and after a very meager attempt to help, I got referred to here. I need this thing fixed.

Could you please give some details re:what you have tried etc.

With the info you have provided, I am at a loss for recomendations.

Never mind. The field applications engineer came out here yesterday and found that the 2503 card was bad. Thanks for replying.
