Is your controller running a Real-Time Operating System? What's the model of your controller? How are you connected to your controller (directly through ethernet, router, etc.)?
My controller is a real time controller but wasn't running any software yet. It is a PXI-8110 in PXI-1044 chassis. I tried a couple of switches and a cross over cable with no luck. I did finally get it working late yesterday with an uninstall of MAX and the PXI platform services and reinstall. It worked the first time after the reinstall. Thanks for the reply.
