what is procedure to install windows 10 OS.

I don't have Windows OS.

PXIe-8861 can be purchased with Win10, hence it supports Win10.

You can Upgrade PXI(e) Controllers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using Windows 10 IoT Field Upgrade Kit (PN 787535-03). But seems like it is not officially supported. You might want to reach out to NI Technical Support for input.
