PXIe-1073 how to connect after power cycle of frame

Hi,

I have PXIe-1073 chassis and 4 modules such as the PXIe-4137 source measure unit.

I connect PXI chassis with  PCIe-8361  PXI remote control module.

If power-up desktop first then PXI chassis, NI_MAX doesn't explore NI frame and devices.

I have to turn on chassis power first then desktop. 

Sometimes I need to replace some modules on the PXIe chassis,  I don't want to reboot my computer every time. Is there any solution for re-connect of PXI frame after the power cycle of the chassis?
