What software do i need to install in order to operate a PXIe-4145 through a simple Test Panel? Better yet, what version of NI-DAQ do I need?

You should tell us what software are you going to use.

LabVIEW? VS? Which version??

 

For example, the latest driver NI-DCPower 19.0 provides the support.
