TestStand measuring speed DMM

I am not sure if I put my question in the right place, if not excuse me.
How can I speed up the measurement with the DMM? Usually I read tension and a few weeks ago, the measurement has gone faster.
I work with Labview and TestStand, it runs on the PXI. How can I adjust that?

Settling and Aperture time also affect the speed of your measurement (with consequences obviously) :
