The short answer is: it might be possible, but we wouldn't recommend it.
At this time none of our controllers are even shipped with Windows 8 32 or 64 bit, and we don't have any official support for it yet. If you would really like to upgrade another newer version, you can find a link to the the drivers and supported OS versions for the 8130 controller in the list here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/E4503CC7E8BB41BA86256F7F006CBE8D?OpenDocument.
Officially, that controller only has support for up to Windows Vista drivers, but if you do upgrade and are able to determine what chipset drivers are missing, you might be able to find newer versions from each manufacturer's website.
