I have several set ups in my lab running PXIe-8135 controllers on 1078 chassis. I use both LAN ports for a local lab network and a company internal net. Recently, a controller crashed with Kernel Error 4469091. I cloned a working controller's SSD and put it back. Now, ethernet Port 2 is disabled, and Port 1 has an IP. I am connecting only to my laptop where I've configured my TCP/IP settings (169.254.4.154 at the controller, 169.254.4.153 at my laptop, subnets match) so I can set up the unique static IPs again in NI MAX, but either LAN port does not light up. It doesn't light up no matter what my TCP/IP settings are, or whether it goes to a network switch first. Are my LAN ports suddenly bricked? How do I get them back online? Any ideas on cause and getting them back on?
