PXIe-8234 (Ethernet Interface) - speed and flow control

Hi,

Where I can set transmission speed and flow control for the PXIe-8234 card? The Properties >> Configure >> Advanced window lacks these settings.

I am receiving lots of "TCP previous segment not captured" in the Wireshark from the Ethernet Interface. I would like to set the slowest possible speed to be sure that the issue is not related with too slow capture speed of the Wireshark.

Hi Michał ,

To be able to access the settings of the card make sure that you have the latest Intel drivers installed for your card. 

Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows 7

You can find the following settings in the Device Manager in the Ethernet ports properties:

Speed:

You can set up the speed in the Link Speed option.
Device Manager>>Network Adapters>>(the port which you want to set up)>>Properties>>Link Speed

Flow Control:

You can also change the Flow Control settings.
Device Manager>>Network Adapters>>(the port which you want to set up)>>Properties>>Advance>>Performance Options>>Properties
