PXIe-8301 not showing as remote device

Installed a PXIe-8301 card into my PXIe-1062Q chassis and trying to communicate to a Thunderbolt 4 laptop computer (Dell Precision 5770).  NiMax shows the card as a USB device (under devices and interfaces) instead of listing it as a Remote system.  Also doesn't any of the installed cards.  Any ideas?  Also, will I have issues if I'm using LabView 32 bit with this card?

When using MXI system, the PXI chassis and modules should be detected under Devices and Interfaces but not under remote system.

The enumeration of hardware depends on the NI-PXI Platform Services driver and has nothing to do with LabVIEW.

FYI, Solved with a correct Thunderbolt Cable.  I had thought the Precision cables would be thunderbolt capable, but they were not.
