PXIe-8821 - NI Real Time Linux

We have a PXIe-8821 with Phar Lap ETS 13.1 installed in it.

Is it possible to migrate this controller to the NI Real Time Linux?

Yup, you can put LinuxRT on the 8821 controller. You just need to make sure the BIOS is current enough to support that OS. For the 8821, you'll need BIOS version 2.1.6f0 or newer.
