Hi,

 

We are migrating to a new PC for our experimental system but failed to properly identify the chassis. As per this guide, we verify that the OS and drivers (PXI platform service) are compatible with the NI hardware. However, in Services, the PXI resource manager is not running. We try to run it and it crashes after 4-5 seconds.

Windows problem report indicates that the fault module is the library NIPALU.dll. What should I do to fix this problem?

The existing setup has an old PXI-1000B chassis with a few DAC cards (PXI-6713) and a remote controller card (PXI-8360). The new PC is running windows 10 and has a host controller card (PCIe-8361). I have tried to uninstall and reinstall all NI software and drivers for version 22.5, 19.5, 17.0, and 15.1 but none of them work. Any help is appreciated.
