PXIe card not shown inside chassi for NI Max

Hello All, 

I'm running into an issue where I connect cards to my PXI Chassi (PXIe-1078) and some of my cards will sometimes not appear inside the chassi in NI Max. They will, however, appear as a side Card that is not part of the chassi. 

I can test the card and verify it's functioning through NI Instrument Studio, but when trying to synchronize with other cards or use alongside known drivers the code fails to address these cards as they are not part of the chassi. 

I've tested restarting the computer and chassi multiple times, swap cards placements but no luck so far. I've seen this issue with 4081-DMM and 4137-SMU cards but the curious thing is that
The issue seems to follow the card rather than the slot, so I'm not sure if the issue is coming from the card of the chassi. 

Has Anyone seen this issue before? Any thought is appreciated. Thank you. 

Below is the image from NI Max: "SMU-8" on Hybrid slot 8 of the 1078 chassi is not appearing as part of the chassi, but the instrument is recognized.

The issue could be coming from the desktop. Try to remove all modules and only insert one at a time, then add another one gradually. This would help to diagnose if there is any hardware failure.
