Problems after update RT-System from LV-RT 8.5 to 8.6 (NiRioRpc, lvalarms)

Hello NI-Support-Team,

I updated an LabView-RT Controller from LabView-RT 8.5 to 8.6. After the update i have two problems:

- The RT-Target boots with an error: Error loading 'lvalarms.dll': Missing export 'SetProcessAffinityMask' from 'Kernel32.dll'

- The second problem is when I connect to the RT-Target for the firt time I get an deployment error: Failed to load shared libary NIRioRpc.dll on RT Target.  When I disconnect and connect again, the error don`t occurs.

Is there any context between these to problems? How to solve them?

I already reinstalled the System, but still the same problem.

I already solved the 'lvalarms.dll' problem on the RT-Controller, by reinstalling the whole system (including all drivers).
