Project explorer cannot detect my PXI 7952R

i am using PXI 7952R and PXIe-8115 in a PXIe-1071 chssis. when i open MAX, my PXI7952R device seems to be detected (if i am not mistaken). however, when i try to open a new FPGA project, the project explorer can't seem to detect it. is this a configuration problem or the device defected? 

PS: i am really new in this field.

If you want to add a remote target to a project, you right click the project and select New>>Targets and Devices like you did. However if you want to add an FPGA device, you select the target that has access to the FPGA device, right click that, and select New>>Targets and Devices. So in this case, what you should be right clicking in the project is "My Computer"

Also make sure that you have NI FlexRIO installed.
