Remplacement ventilateur PXI

Hello, following the failure of one of our PXIs, we diagnosed a failure of the cooling fan JMC 1225-12 HBAPW. We found the same reference with the same PINOUT, but the replacement with the new one does not work. It lights up properly but stops immediately, as if the fan speed has not increased, which generated the diagnosis of the old one, the fan no longer spinning, while the PXI is functioning with another fan from a different PXI.On the board at the back, the 4 green LEDs are lit after the PXI stopped, probably due to this non-detection.

Can you tell me what the conditions are for replacing this fan with the new one?

Did you buy the replacement fan from NI?

Did you follow the steps given in the PXI and PXIe Chassis Fan Replacement Installation Guide?

No we don't bought fan from NI. 

Our product we need fan replacement are PXI-1036 (192592x-01L REV1 et REV4)

Regarding the document you joined, only starting REV H, (corresponding to which number? 6?) fan replacement is possible, true ?

The x denotes the assembly letter revision.

Check the sticker with the Serial Number. It will also contain the part number.

192592J-01L, but this one we can, true ?
