We are performing development and frequently the resource manager 'breaks' - the PC no longer creates pxiesys.ini in the Windows directory upon reboot. We usually fix the issue by selecting a rebuild of all NI services. Is there an easier (and quicker) to fix the issue? A rebuild of all services takes quite some time and if we know the offending service (dll, registry entry, etc.) we could target a small area rather than a shotgun approach.
