Tclk Synchronization between FGEN(5421) & Digitizer(5122)

Hi, veteran engineers-

I want to synchronize AWG 5421 and two Digitizer 5122s using Tclk. The problem is that the digitizer doesn't start to acquire data at the exactly same time that the AWG start generating waveform. I checked this result by generating single cycle sine waveform from AWG and the result of acquisition at digitizer starts from last 1/6 part of the waveforms.

I wonder why this result happen in the Tclk synchronization configuration.

I used immediate reference trigger for the digitizer and 100Mhz sample clock at both digitizer and AWG.

I have found a solution for you, the issue was how  the scope transitions through the states, and how it fetches the data. In order to fetch those missing points add Fetch Relative To property node before TCLKing and set it to 'Start'.
