Hello Forum,
Hopefully this is a simple one: I have 9 type-K TCs connected to a SCXI-1303 temperature module in channels 0 - 8. My temperature readings increase to about 90 degF (in a room with no heat input, etc) over a 30 minute period in channels 0 - 7. The thermocouple in channel 8 reads 75 degF for the entire time. This is rather confusing since everything is at ambient conditions - around 72 degF, etc. I was wondering if this might be an issue with the bias and/or pullup resistor networks for channels 0 - 7 that cause the TC readings to increase over time. Any help is appreciated!

There is no immediate answer to your question that I'm aware of.
I would try the working thermocouple in other channels before writing it off as incorrect.
Also, check out this article http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3461#toc1.
There are a few set up necessities with the 1102 and a 1303 such as disable the ground-referencing circuitry on the SCXI-1303 to prevent ground loops.

Thanks Daniel!
