Using 64 bit PXI transfers

I have a device which must be tested in 64 bit mode. We planned on using the PCI8336 for this but it does not appear it supports 64 bit. Is there an NI MXI/PXI remote controller that supports 64 bit mode?

Thanks,

Hello bpeters,

Unfortunetely, we do not have a remote controller that will actually perform 64 bit transfers.  The PCI-8336 should work in a 64 bit bus, but will only perform 32 bit transfers.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

Have a great day.

Thanks, for the info. We can actually meet our test requirement using a VMetro cPci bus analyzer. So I guess we'll get by.

Bill,

MXI Express (PXI-8360, PCIe-8361/2) can handle 64-bit addressing.  I can't swear that it's been tested in that mode, but the components all support it.
