I'm getting myself familiar with a new PXIe 5841, and have been playing around both with the RFSG and RFSA. I have been able to use one of the dotnet examples to play back an LTE signal. I have modified the code with the aim to test the modulation characteristics of the LTE signal being played back. I allocate the instrument session as a NIRfsg class , which then cannot support the measurement features provided by RFmxLteMX or RFmxDemodMX. The resource name indicated on NI MAX for the PXIE5841 is PXI1Slot5, and that's the name I have to use whether I am using the SG or the SA. So is it possible at all to use the SG to generate/play a waveform, and analyze it simultaneously with the SA on the PXIe 5841? Thanks!
