The latest version of the BIOS for the PXI-8175 is 1.75.

Here is a link to all the BIOS versions of the PXI-8175: ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/pxi/pxi-8171/BIOS_update/

Inside the zip file, you will find instructions on how to upgrade your BIOS.
