When will Windows 10 be available on PXI

When will Windows 10 be available on PXI cards?  Specifically the PXI 8135.  The Government has mandated a transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 beginning in January 2017 (Memo 20 November 2015; Subject Migration to Microsoft Windows 10 Secure Host Baseline).

If the change needs to happen to hardware that is already purchased the update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using Windows updates (Directly from Microsoft) is recommended for the PXIe-8135

More information for NI shipping controllers with Windows 10 installed will be released later this year

Is there any anticipated problems moving from Windows 7 to Widows 10 on the PXI cards?  Have you seen any problem areas with your products and WIndows 10 that you would advise we watch out for?

Not specifically with PXI cards but in general we tend to see software compatibility problems.  The easiest way to avoid this is to make sure all of the NI software you have running on the controller is the version listed or newer on the white paper below.
