Why I got blue screen when installing win2000 to PXI contoller

Hi All,

I am trying to install Win2000 to my PXI controller(8106),  and once get start to install(after load file), a blue screen , no error code, pops up. I have no idea why.  could anyone get some advices?

       Sorry for no screen shot because there was no camera around me then.

It's quite strange, we recommend you to install XP instead to check it. or you just change for another installer DISC.
