Why does the PXI output waveform generation stop working?

I am running a TestStand sequence that calls Labview VI's that generate signals using AO.  Sometimes during the sequence run the analog output signals are not being generated.  When this happens I can shut down Labview and TestStand and cycle power to the computer and  then the sequence runs without any problem.  Are there any adjustments in labview or testsand that I can make to eliminate this problem?  Thank you.

Thank you for posting on the forums.  Let us try to isolate the issue to a single area.  Does the program run correctly in LabVIEW without TestStand executing?  Can you provide a description of the acquisition process of your code?  Are you using a loop?  What hardware are you using?  These details will help us narrow down the problem.
