Hello,
I am using PXI 8106 controller which is a non Real time controller, I would like to ask if I can use LabVIEW RT on this controller?
Best Regards!

Hi Azzam87,
the PXI 8106 is also available as RT Controller. If you don't use it as RT Controller, why do you want to use RT components? What do you try to do?

Hello,
If the controller you are using in not preinstalled with Real Time OS, but you want to use it with LV RT module as a RT target, you should follow the steps on this link:

Note that you are required to purchase a LabVIEW Real-Time Deployment License for PXI to do the conversion. The license gives you permission to install the NI Real-Time OS and drivers onto that PXI controller. It is included when you purchase an RT PXI controller, but not when you purchase a Windows controller. There is also a similar license for standard PCs.
