cannot connect to RT engine

After I restart my computer, when I launch the labview RT project, there is a error message says that failed to connect to the RT engine.  Everything was fine before I restart the computer. Anybody here can help me?  Also seems there is a problem with the PXI 1042 I used. Sometimes when the power swith is at non-recessed position, the LED is flashing red or green.  I don't know if it is the hardware or software problem that cause the failure to connect to RT engine.

On the hardware side:
As for the blinking lights, the following maybe some possible reasons.

Flashing Green: The air-intake temperature has exceeded the chassis operating range, so the system may be overheating.

Flashing Red: The power supply outputs are not within the voltage regulation requirements.
Note: In this case, the chassis will still power on and function correctly. However, electronics present in the chassis may be affected by the outputs being out of specification. Make sure that there are no cards in the chassis and that the chassis is connected to the proper power connector (120VAC for example).
