change application mode of 6534PXI card

Hi,

I want to know if i can change my application mode (Unstrobed IO, Handshaking, change detection) of PXI6534 Card although i use the pattern IO mode for sending tests patterns to a component.

My problem is that i use firstly pattern IO mode to send patterns, but sometimes i need to wait for receveing signals from testing component without lost the onboard memory which has been filling by my patterns that i want sending.

What do you mean with "sometimes i need to wait for receveing signals from testing component "?

Regarding the description of your problem I would recommend to use the burst mode for handshaking.
