error on PXI-6723

Hi 

I have just changed my computer at work and trying to reinstall everything so that iam able to start measure once again. I have removed the PCI card from the old computer and installed it on the new one. then i installed the following:

- Labview 2021

- Daqmx

- NI Serial  

But when I started the ni max i see that i get an error on pxi 6723 (Status Code: -50400
The transfer did not complete within the timeout period or within the specified number of retries.). And to solve this i have done some troubleshooting

-Reboot the computer and PXI chassie and removing the card and then mount it again

-Reset the configuration data in NI max

-replaced the 6723 to another one 

-Changed slot of the 6723 card in chassie

-Run repair on daqmx and chassi plattforms

When I look in the computer management, window states that the device is working properly. What i dont get is that why do i get two slot showing. 

Can someone help me with what to do next because at the moment iam out of ideas?

Dear fleraja,

Have you tried reseting the device in the NI-MAX. You can do this by right-clicking the device. Also you can try reinstalling the device driver.
