pxi 5611 solid red light

Hello, I'm having problems with a PXI  5611 module, the activity light is solid red and the error report is: lo hardware has failed, any way to troubleshoot it?

Update :the Activity light of the module is off now , still cant get the transmitter to work...... any ideas please?

Could you please post a screenshot of the error message and explain what you were doing at the time of the error?

Hi Frank,

There are a few things we want to look at here. 

1. Are you able to see your devices in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX)?
2. Have you configured your VSG in MAX? Maybe the error that you are seeing is cause by something similar to what is described in this KnowledgeBase article. http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/1D5F4EB03023000186256FA30052C200?OpenDocument
3. Can you please describe what you are doing when you get this error? Can you try running a shipping example?
