pxi-chassis 1042 won't detect pxi-2565 in slot 2

I have pxi-2565 relay card that isn't being detected in slot 2 of the pxi-1042 chassis. It is detected in the other slots but not slot 2. This manual says any standard module can be used. I developed programs on another system using the relay card in slot 2 and don't have the time to re-program all applications for the new location.

Any ideas

Since you have other test systems, it sounds like the problem is isolated to that one particular chassis. I wonder if it is isolated to that chassis and that one particular PXI-2565. Have you tried other modules in slot 2 of that chassis? Do other PXI modules work? Do other 2565s work? It sounds to me like everything is isolated to that one chassis at slot 2 and there is no relation to the board, but we need to verify that.

Thanks for the reply. I figured out the issue I was having. The pxi-2565 card was identified, but did not install the proper driver for it. I had to manually install through Windows Control Panel under the Hardware config with the device driver Cd provided. Once I did that I had no further issues.
