pxi mx2 problem with vt1432

Hello,

I have a PCI MX-2 card installed on Windows XP SP3 on a Dell precision T3400.  When I run resman it detects the cards.  If i run vt1432 afterwards, I get an error VI_ERROR_SYSTEM_ERROR.  

I installed the card on another machine with the same OS and it worked.  Any ideas?  I implemented the latest drivers. version 3.6.0.0.
