Since this was the first Google result I found when looking into this problem, just want to confirm that the F3 shortcut does work on LabVIEW 2016.

2023 Q3 on arm64 M2 MacBookPro

Three (3) monitors arranged (L->R): MBP Screen -- HPZ30i -- HPZ30i

(fn) F3 works as expected, centering the Quick Drop Window on the middle display.

As it initialized to the bottom of the rightmost screen and my configurations change, F3 really helps without needing to adjust the init.
